Kailua Christian Academy has been a part of the Kailua community since 1974. Our ministry is to provide Christian Education at the highest level, using Bible-based curriculum for the children of Hawaii. We have a beautiful campus based in Kailua (Oahu) and now, we are adding an exciting new facet to the Academy: KCA-ONLINE DIRECT. This is Hawaii's 1st ONLINE Christian distance learning program, a Homeschooling venue via the INTERNET. Both our campus and the ONLINE program use the same Alpha Omega Publication curriculum called Switched-on IGNITIA.
The Academy is characterized by good discipline in secure environment, in the home and on the campus. Christian traits are imbedded within the curriculum, thus, enabling the student to develop the significant character traits of Christ. The student is expected to conduct themselves by adopting the highest standards of decency in the home, in school and in the public, bringing honor to Christ, themselves and their family.
The teaching staff at KCA are certified teachers with many years of Christian School experience. The teachers work closely with the
students and their parents to correct weaknesses before they become serious problems. A good working relationship begins with the Academy. KCA is determined to foster strong relationships with the student and their parents.
KCA is accredited by the National Association of Private Schools (NAPS) and is a founding member of the Hawaii Association of Private Schools.
